To use the cannery, please call ahead to make an appointment. Please take note that at this time, appointments are being made several months in advance.
When using the cannery, please make sure that you have on hand the bulk packages of products you wish to can. The cannery has a canner as well as a mylar bag sealer for your use. They also have two portable canners, which wards may check out and use.
Please also note that the Boston Stake Relief Society has purchased a mylar bag sealer for the wards of our Stake to use. Relief Society presidents or ward preparedness specialists may check it out from Nancy Nielson, Stake Relief Society President.
